After working a decade in corporate America for one of the world’s largest oil companies, David Stewart found he wanted to create a service to help people in an industry overrun with sub-par work and questionable work ethics. Founded in 2021, GatorCo Construction desires to grow a name that both the community and industry can trust. Despite our relatively new name, our leadership and team have a combined experience of 28 years in construction and related fields and are ready to make a difference.

PROJECT ESTIMATE
After the initial contact, our team creates a competitive estimate comprised of a site visit, materials, estimated labor requirements, budget and cost, and scope of work.

PLANNING
A plan is then developed, defining the goals and objectives you want to achieve through your project.

CONSTRUCTION AND BUILDING
Once the project has been reviewed and approved, we will sign it into contract, discuss specifications, and begin execution of the project.

PROJECT CLOSEOUT
Upon completion of your build, we close out any remaining activities and congratulate you on the completion of your finished project.
